Hole 6
The longest par 4 on the course. The drive needs to carry 180 yards of heather and a hidden bunker. The fairway is generous in size and is slightly downhill. For the majority of players the second shot will be a fairway wood, longer hitters can reach with a good iron, but must carry the swale short of the green which can make the second shot look shorter than it actually is. There is also a newly extended fairway bunker on the right that can catch an errant second shot. The green is guarded by two newly reshaped green side bunkers one left and one right. The green slopes from back left to front right making any putt from above the hole very quick and extremely treacherous.
