LOCATION

( please plan your route in advance,   as we are not  easy to find !)

Access to and from the St George's Hill private estate is only possible via Old Avenue (off A317 Queens Road) or B374 Brooklands Road - all other entrances are inaccessible.  Vehicles weighing 7.5 tonnes or more must enter via Brooklands Road.

IMPORTANT:  SATELLITE NAVIGATIONS SYSTEMS & ROUTE PLANNERS:

OR:         ‘232 Brooklands Road KT13 0RJ’ - the Estate entrance is next to this house.  Vehicles of 7.5 tonnes or over to enter via Brooklands Road.

Once you are through the security gate  you can input our postcode KT13 0NL (zero NL)

(please use the same postcode when leaving the Estate, before inputting your onward destination)

The M25, A3 and local roads are usually very congested in the morning, and there are local roadworks on a regular basis, so please leave plenty of time for your journey.

DIRECTIONS FROM M25, using the OLD AVENUE entrance:-

Turn off M25 at Junction 10 (A3 towards London);
Turn off at Painshill Junction (A245 towards Byfleet);
Turn right at first set of traffic lights on to Seven Hills Road (B365);
Straight across mini roundabout;
At next roundabout take A317 towards Weybridge (Queens Road);
Take third road on left (Old Avenue) – the entrance to the St George's Hill estate is at the end of this road – the security guard will direct you to us.

The BROOKLANDS ROAD entrance to the Estate is not marked with a road name - it is by a long painted filter lane in the middle of the road at the bottom of a hill about 1½ miles along in either direction (next to house no.232).  Once you enter the Estate, take the middle fork (Cavendish Road) then bear right onto Golf Club Road - we are approximately one mile along this road.
