Our Clubhouse

The terrace is undoubtedly one of the most cherished spots at the Club, especially in warmer months, where members and guests enjoy the sumptuous views across the 1st and 10th tees and 9th and 18th greens, as well as distant views across the Surrey countryside. Of course, the scenery is made all the more enjoyable with a customary cold drink.

The Members’ Bar is one of the must-stops for any visitor. The atmosphere, always warm, is alive with friendly chatter and tales of golfing woe or triumph. It is also an alternative haven to the terrace for soaking up the panoramas.

The lounge provides a peaceful sanctuary for guests to unwind. Pillars and honoursboards frame the room and provide an insight into the history of the Club and the characters who came before.

The dining room is the crowning glory of the Clubhouse. On the second floor, the long room provides vistas from on high and is the perfect setting for a lunch or dinner – guarded by a team of culinary experts, offering gourmet food.

The Shankland Room, named after the tremendously talented Cowan Shankland, a legendary Club member of 74 years, is a cosy lounge ideal for smaller gatherings or respite after a day’s golfing.

The Harry Colt Room presents fully equipped conference facilities, providing a perfect space to host meetings, and offers those needing a quiet space a place in which to work.
